Your Order
We can accept your illustrative and art files or photographic files in just
about any format but we prefer them higher resolution (150dpi - 300dpi). Please
provide art files in the following formats:
O Mac O PC
O Photoshop 7 or lower O Illustrator 10 or lower O Quark 5 or lower
O CorelDraw10 or lower O MS Word O Publisher 2002 O PowerPoint
We maintain high speed DSL for rapid file transfers. You may send them to
us at: info@digitaldimensions3.com or you can send them to us on a CD Rom
or 100meg Zip disk.
Adding Personalization to Your Order
We can merge your customer lists into your printed products for the ultimate
in personalization. All data is yours and will be destroyed upon completion
of project unless otherwise specified. Please provide databases in the following
formats:

Products by category and price based on minimum orders. Quantity breakdowns by quote. Set up fees for taking your files or for us to generate original art and copy average $125.00 per hour. See website for customization information. Payment in full is required on all orders. All work is performed to customer specifications and is customized to those specifications; no refunds will be awarded on any project after it is approved for printing. Special papers or card stocks are available for your project and may incur extra charges. We will provide you with a quote prior to purchasing them. Foil stamping and embossing is also available and we will provide a quote based on your artwork and turnaround time.
Customizing and set-up fee is $125.00 for each order. $125.00
